1) When to book and which is the best day of the week?

Wednesday and Thursday are increasingly popular days for Christmas parties. With more people working from home, considering a day earlier in the week when people would be in the office works well. Dates from the last week of November until the 19th of December are the best time to host your Christmas party.
2) Communication is key
Clear communication with your guests is key to a successful and smooth Christmas celebration. Make sure that they have all the information including transport links to the venue, arrival time, and dress code. Be clear about what will be happening at the event and when. Let them know the little details too, such as if drinks are free, it may be obvious to you, the event planner, but probably not to them!
